7. REINFORCED LOCKING PLATE

With internal relockers, external relockers and the addition of a reinforced locking plate, Fort Knox safes are the most secure... The reinforced lock plate is designed to take the pressure off of the locking bolt and transfer it into the door. This transfer gives the lock a lot more longevity and therefore allows Fort Knox the ability to do what no other manufacture can; warranty the lock for life. Why wouldn’t you?
