With a lifetime warranty on a product that covers the product not rusting, you would think that the product would start with no rust. All of the Fort Knox safes are primed on the outside and inside of the safe; including the inside of the door. In a lot of safes built today you can pull the door panel off an see that rusting is already occurring.
